Bracelets to fight human trafficking and empower artisans in Cambodia.

 About Us

While teaching English in Thailand, Jessica Hendricks took a side trip to Cambodia and became fascinated by the dusty villages, filled with such kindhearted people. She fell in love with the culture and beauty of this small Buddhist country, but was deeply struck by the sight of young girls lined up in front of bars as items for sale. This experience marked her first glimpse into the dark world of human trafficking.

Three years later, at the age of 23, she was propelled back to the country, setting off on a solo journey through Southeast Asia to learn more about the place whose tangled synthesis of beauty and horror had given her a visceral reaction she couldn’t seem to shake.

Back in Cambodia, Jessica met with survivors of sexual trafficking and listened to their heart-wrenching stories — they were the bravest and most beautiful women she had ever met. She discovered local artisans, and schools that offered exploited women new opportunities by teaching them sewing and metalsmith techniques. At last, she put together the perfect team to bring the voices of these incredible women back home to New York.

Our bracelets are made of sterling silver, 14k gold plate, and brass. Our team includes fair-trade Cambodian metalsmiths, New York tastemakers and LA hipsters. Together we can fight the wave of cruelty that is destroying the lives of women and children, from Phnom Penh to Manhattan.

Courage is contagious.
